Wandering in West Brom
By Claire Wearn - 25th March, 2011
Mark Power has just spent the last month with Multistory getting to know The Black Country more thoroughly. After taking him on a road trip up and down the hills with strategic pit stops at Ma Pardoes, Teddy Greys and the M5 we spent the first days on foot in West Bromwich.
Walking from down near Junction 1 through to Carters Green took a whole day as we were continually distracted. Mark manages to see moments in the everyday that I would simply have passed by.
A great feeling of good will was experienced during this shoot as people we met in West Bromwich were so receptive to our strange requests for taking photos... thanks to all!
