Colin Wells

Show short bioColin has worked in the IT industry, including IBM, since the late 1960s and is currently chair of a stock exchange-listed technology company.
He has worked voluntarily with many arts organisations, including as a governor of The Royal Shakespeare Company, and is winner of the Arts and Business Advisor of the Year Award for sales and marketing consultancy work with Playbox Theatre and The Bewdley Festival.

Gordon Bates

Show short bioGordon Bates was originally a local authority chief officer but, since 1996, has been operating as a management consultant working mainly, but not exclusively, with arts organisations.
He is also a board member of Seven Stories; Live Theatre in Newcastle; Tees Valley Arts; and Dodgy Clutch Theatre Company.

Lisa Dunn

Show short bioLisa Dunn is the Director of Corporate Affairs at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust - one of the most successful hospital trusts in the country.
With a background firmly in communications and marketing, Lisa has worked for organisations such as Amey plc, Cadbury Schweppes plc, Do it All, Warwick Hospital, Finelist Group plc, Motorcycle City and Halfords, designing and delivering marketing and communications strategies, media relations, crisis media relations and media relations training. Lisa also specialises in business integration programmes and has worked on over 100 mergers and acquisitions.

Stephen Johnson

Show short bioStephen Johnson ACMA, is the Regional Finance Manager for Westinghouse Rail Systems.
Steve has worked in the finance industry since leaving university in 1997 with a degree in Accountancy and Finance, and later gained full qualification with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in early 2006. It was Steve’s committed work as an advisor to Multistory when it was first incorporated that led to him being invited to becoming a trustee with a focus on finance and audit procedures to support the company in its continued financial transparency.

Louise Kilbride

Show short bioLouise Kilbride is a freelance consultant in community regeneration and neighbourhood renewal. Within this broad field, she has two special areas of interest and expertise: tackling health inequalities; and equality and diversity.
Louise has a background as a qualified youth and community worker; between 1984 and 1994, she worked for, and managed, various community organisations in different neighbourhoods in Birmingham. She went on to be Chief Officer of South Birmingham Community Health Council (1994-96) and from there was appointed Head of Community Regeneration for Focus Housing until she became freelance.
During the last ten years, as well as her freelance work, Louise has been employed in two strategic roles: Co-Director of CHART West Midlands (Centre for Health Action Research and Training), (2000-2004); and joint Health Inequalities Implementation Lead for Dudley Strategic Partnership (Nov 2006-Jan 2008).
Outside of her ‘formal’ work, Louise is a singer songwriter and founder member of acoustic band, ‘Kilbriege’. She was also a writer and performer with Telling Tales Theatre Group from 1997 to 2007, touring Britain and Ireland with multi-media shows that highlighted human rights issues.

Paul Sutton

Show short bioPaul Sutton PhD is the Artistic Director of applied theatre company C&T, specialists in mixing participatory drama, learning and new media.
He also teaches drama at the University of Worcester, where C&T are based. Paul is a Council Member of Arts Council England, West Midlands.

Louise Wardle

Show short bioLouise Wardle has worked for the last three years as Series Editor of Channel 4’s Big Art Project. Along with editorial development, Louise was responsible for building relationships at CEO level and convincing potential collaborators and funders of the worth of the project.
As series producer (twice) on the fast turnaround arts magazine, BBC2’s Edinburgh Nights, Louise was responsible for a team of 15 experienced directors and six researchers. Louise has also been a series producer of The Late Show from Scotland, where the challenge was to persuade London to appreciate the perspective from Glasgow and to make films that were of interest to a national audience.
As a director, Louise has made observational documentaries, presenter-led, biography, dramatic reconstruction and multi-camera music, dance and theatre performance.
